Ethic Policy
The GNA Journal of Management and Technology (GJMT) is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct in research and publication.
1. Research Ethics
Authors must ensure that their research is conducted in an ethical and responsible manner. All findings should be presented honestly without fabrication, falsification, or data manipulation. Research involving human participants must be conducted with prior approval and informed consent.
2. Publication Ethics
GJMT follows a strict double-blind peer-review process. Authors must confirm that their submission is original, unpublished, and not under consideration by any other journal. Duplicate submissions will lead to immediate rejection.
3. Plagiarism and AI Policy
The similarity index must be less than 10%, excluding references. Submitted work must reflect 100% original human-authored content — acceptable AI-generated content level is 0%.
4. Ethical Responsibilities
- Authors: Ensure originality, accuracy, proper citation, and ethical conduct of research.
- Editors: Maintain fairness, confidentiality, and integrity in editorial decisions.
- Reviewers: Provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations while preserving confidentiality.
